About the Role

As a key member of the Asda Opticians team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Optical Department. This includes managing your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants, overseeing compliance processes and procedures, reviewing sales forecasting and department targets, and dealing with customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants to deliver excellent customer and patient care

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

Fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC

Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced Optics environment
