About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of events, working closely with our creative team to develop concepts and manage client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set of clients and coordinate all client communications
  • Take ownership of event briefs and develop concepts with the creative team
  • Research and develop budgets, as well as source and negotiate with suppliers
  • Create event and production schedules, and manage on-site delivery
  • Conduct post-event analysis and provide feedback to the team

Requirements:

  • Similar experience gained from working within a creative event agency
  • Strong event management and supplier management experience
  • International travel required, so flexibility and openness to travel are essential
