Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Member Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a dynamic calendar of member events that align with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a range of events, including conferences, workshops, and networking sessions, that cater to the diverse needs of our members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional member experience.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate event success, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
