About the Role

Liverpool John Moores University is a pioneering institution with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. We are seeking a talented Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a culture that values diversity and social inclusion.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations, including employment and equality legislation, and will be able to develop and implement effective diversity and inclusion strategies. They will also be responsible for managing and supporting the University's application for external Charter Marks accreditations, such as the Advance HE Race Equality Silver Award and Athena Swan (Gender Equality) Awards.

The post holder will collaborate with Faculties and Professional Services Associate Deans for Diversity and Inclusion to develop and implement action plans that foster a culture of inclusivity. They will also be expected to effectively develop Diversity and Inclusion priorities and implement an associated action plan.
