About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including work on the Disability Confident Level 3 application and other charter marks.
  • Design and deliver bespoke training and workshop materials on topics such as reasonable adjustments, racial literacy, and intercultural competence.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance to staff and students, and undertake key University-wide D&I projects.
  • Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion Team to drive the delivery of our inclusivity agenda.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, facilitation, and training. You'll need excellent communication skills, high-level Microsoft literacy, and experience with awareness-raising activities and workshop facilitation.
