Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Liverpool John Moores University is a unique institution with a global presence, rooted in the Liverpool City Region. We're seeking a talented individual to join our Diversity and Inclusion Team as a permanent part-time role (3 days a week) contract.
Key Responsibilities- Work on the University's Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, including the application for the DWP Disability Confident Level 3.
- Develop and deliver bespoke training and workshop materials on topics such as reasonable adjustments, racial literacy, and intercultural competence.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to staff and students, and undertake key University-wide D&I projects as necessary.
The successful candidate will have experience working on DI initiatives, facilitating DI workshops, and developing offerings to ensure a positive impact on an organisation. They must have excellent communication skills and a high level of Microsoft literacy in all packages, including web design.
