TechYard Recruitment is hiring a talented Strategic Sales Lead to drive our client acquisition and expansion efforts. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with existing clients, and managing key accounts.

Job Summary:

  • Drive strategic sales to win new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts, working closely with clients to understand their strategic business and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with top-tier consultants and subject matter experts to deepen your knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Partner with Principal Consultants to develop long-term strategies and roadmaps that drive growth.

Annual Salary: $140,000 - $200,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive new business and retain existing clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels, with a focus on long-term partnerships and enterprise-level clients.
  • Manage key accounts, working closely with clients to understand their strategic business and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with top-tier consultants and subject matter experts to deepen your knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Partner with Principal Consultants to develop long-term strategies and roadmaps that drive growth.
