Strategic Sales Leader

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective pitches.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong technical knowledge of embedded software development and open-source tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and excellent organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
