Sales Performance Leader Opportunity

We are recruiting a Sales Performance Leader to join our client, a market leading organisation based in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and strategic planning.

About the Role

The Sales Performance Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase. This will involve managing a high-performing sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase
  • Manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organisational goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in contact centre environments
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £34,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an OTE of circa £50,000
