This is a multifaceted and highly varied position where you will lead and manage a talented team of 8 sales enablement professionals, including a Sales Trainer, Data Analyst, CRM Manager, and Commercial Excellence Manager. To succeed, you will have a long tenure in sales operations and be a business graduate who is a master CRM user.
In return, you can expect:
· A competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
· The flexibility and autonomy of a fully remote role.
· The opportunity to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency across three distinct sales teams.
· Collaborate with board members to define and achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals.
· Provide the sales teams with the insights, tools, and processes they need to excel.
What we're looking for
· 10+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations, with a proven record of driving and improving sales performance.
· A Business Management degree (or equivalent).
· Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
· Masterful command of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
· Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
· Emotionally intelligent, influential, and possessing the gravitas and business acumen to inspire confidence and drive change.
Key responsibilities
• Drive process instrumentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilise CRM systems to effectively manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and identify areas for improvement in sales activity.
