Commercial Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our team at Elis UK Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business acquisition and exceeding sales targets.
Your mission will be to take a hands-on approach, field coaching and supporting your team while actively winning new business. You'll be an inspiring leader, empowering your sales professionals to exceed their goals while sharing their hunger for success.
Your team will focus 100% on new business acquisition, backed by a solid sales support and account management function, allowing you to take our service offering confidently to the market.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B field sales and managing sales teams.
- Expertise in managing sales funnels and converting leads into tangible results.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and Excel skills.
- A results-oriented, self-motivated leader with strong time management skills.
- We're looking for someone with passion, drive, and the desire to lead from the front.
We offer a competitive remuneration package of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, company car, full company benefits, and ongoing career development opportunities.
