Job Description:The Mental Health Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of mental health professionals who provide support and treatment to children and young people. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure they deliver high-quality services.
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Service Development: Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify areas for service improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, ensuring seamless referrals and effective partnerships.
- Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work).
- Experience working in a mental health setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
