Job Description


As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for managing all operations in the HUB, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This includes overseeing service contracts to ensure compliance and correct billing, utilising monitoring tools to enhance team performance and customer service, and providing leadership and support for team members.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Lead and manage all operations in the HUB

  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline services and resolve issues


Requirements



  • A valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
  • At least 2 years of post-registration experience in mental health or a related healthcare sector
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical practice or quality improvement
  • Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
