**Job Summary:**

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead the delivery of Clinical Health Psychology services. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our team and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our services.

The successful candidate will oversee the operational leadership, planning, and delivery of Clinical Health Psychology services across University Hospitals (UHB) and Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. They will work closely with senior management team members, including the Clinical Director, Associate Director, Chief Psychologist, Director of Nursing, and Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality, to ensure effective partnership working and seamless service delivery.

We are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience in senior operational management roles within health or social care organisations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent significant experience, and a proven track record of success in providing high-quality services and outcomes for service users and their carers.

Key responsibilities include assessing performance trends, service user feedback, and designing service improvements using data to meet Key Performance Indicators. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing partnership arrangements, overseeing the use of clinical systems, and contributing to out-of-hours on-call rota for Senior Managers.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation.
