Clinical Leader for Quality Care

As a Clinical Leader, you will drive forward and sustain improvements and changes to patient care, focusing on professional nursing standards, clinical standards, infection prevention, and legislative compliance.
Main Responsibilities- Enhance professional nursing standards through innovative practices and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical standards, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure legislative compliance in all aspects of patient care.
- Oversight patient and staff feedback, ensuring open communication and addressing concerns effectively.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications and ExperienceA qualified RMN degree and current NMC registration are mandatory. Significant post-registration education and development experience are also required.
Desirable Skills and AttributesPrior management or leadership training and experience of using improvement methodologies would be beneficial. A drive for results, personal integrity, and commitment to openness, honesty, and inclusivity are highly valued.
