Job Title: Clinical Support Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Care Leader to join our team at Compass Associates. As a leading community pharmacy provider, we prioritize delivering excellent standards of care and service.

The successful candidate will oversee the pharmacy on a day-to-day basis, utilizing their expertise in pharmaceutical knowledge and experience to support our team in delivering high-quality community services, including prescription support, medication management, and clinical advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide daily guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Support the delivery of community services, including prescription support, medication management, and clinical advice

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • GPHC Registration
  • Experience in Community Pharmacy (preferred but not essential)
  • Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus an attractive benefits package that includes 15% discount in stores + 10% for friends & family, matched pension contributions, and 4x life assurance. Our comprehensive relocation package is also available to support successful candidates moving from anywhere within the UK.
