Pediatric Care Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Care Leader to join our Senior Paediatric Nurse Leadership team.

The successful candidate will be passionate about quality-driven care for children and young people, with a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate leadership and professional development for nursing and support workers within the service.
  • Work collaboratively with senior nursing teams and acute Paediatric Matron to provide senior nursing leadership for the unit.
  • Develop best practice and ensure consistency across the paediatric unit.

  • RN (Child's Branch)
  • NMC Registration
  • Leadership/Management Qualification
  • Teaching/Accessing Qualification
  • MSc
  • Post-registration experience in acute paediatrics
  • Experience of leading teams
Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
