We're seeking an experienced Trainer to lead our clinical and Quality and Safety training efforts, delivering high-quality fire safety related training internally and externally for our health and care clients.

About the Opportunity

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive training sessions that meet organisational requirements, including fire safety awareness and evacuation procedures.
  • Supporting internal quality assurance of clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring compliance with our Quality Assurance process.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogues.
  • Participating in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes of work.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in learning provision.
  • Managing own workload effectively, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Supporting training needs analysis as required to identify demand for learning interventions prior to development.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge/background in fire awareness/safety to deliver Fire evacuation chair, fire safety awareness.
  • Patient Moving & Handling (desirable/training available).
  • Basic Life Support (desirable/training available).
  • A recognised level 4 teaching, training, or assessing qualification.
  • Ability to deliver training covering a wide range of health and care subject specialisms.
  • Experience of designing, developing, and delivering high-quality blended learning solutions suitable for a health and care audience.
  • Experience of using digital tools in the development and delivery of training solutions.
  • Experience of delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
