About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychological Therapist Leader to join our team. As a leader in psychological therapy, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative interventions, working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of psychological interventions for clients with complex mental health needs
• Supervise and train junior staff members, promoting excellence in practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

What You Will Need:
• Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology
• Significant post-qualification experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
