About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our team at Cygnet Cedars, a 24-bed high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in promoting the independence and well-being of our residents.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and be able to develop and implement personalized care pathways to help our residents achieve their goals.

You will work closely with the nursing team, psychology, psychiatry, speech and language therapy, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

As a senior member of the occupational therapy team, you will also contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and agreed occupational therapy pathways across the organization.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
