We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Cedars, a 24-bed high dependency service for men with learning disabilities. As a leader in our occupational therapy department, you will play a key role in developing and implementing evidence-based practices, promoting setting realistic goals and facilitating positive mental health outcomes.

About the Team

Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. We work collaboratively to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting independence and community integration.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with individuals with learning disabilities. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering innovative and effective therapies.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £37,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as access to our wellbeing centre with exercises, recipes, financial and mental health advice.
