Occupational Therapist for Complex Care

Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of health and social care services in the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Cedars, a 24-bed high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will hold a Band 5 or 6 qualification and have experience in managing complex care environments. They will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to individuals with learning disabilities, including assessing their needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote independence and well-being.
We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as free parking, meals on duty, and a relocation package. Our employees also have access to a wellbeing centre, offering exercises, recipes, financial and mental health advice.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have a degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC. They should also have experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities and a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
