Occupational Therapist Position

This position entails working as a Specialist Occupational Therapist at Cygnet Cedars, providing services to individuals with learning disabilities in a 24-bed high dependency complex care setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute occupational therapy plans aimed at enhancing client autonomy and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded client care.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to junior team members in occupational therapy principles.
  • Contribute to developing occupational therapy guidelines based on empirical research.
