About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registration with the HCPC, as well as recognized dysphagia competencies and expertise in Speech and Language therapy models and interventions related to ABI.
- They will be experienced in managing complex cases, particularly within an adult neurology setting, and possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with individuals and their social network.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as an independent speech and language therapist within the multidisciplinary team, leading assessments and treatment plans.
- Evaluate how a person's communication abilities impact daily activities and devise effective intervention strategies.
