Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

A Specialist Speech and Language Therapist is required to join a dedicated therapy team at a specialist school in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, particularly those requiring support with speech, language, and communication.
About the Role:
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children and young people with Special Educational Needs, collaborating with the school's staff.
- Hold a small speech and language therapy caseload for three specialist schools.
- Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, supported by the Clinical Lead and SENCo.
Requirements:
- Registration with RCSLT and HCPC as a member of the profession.
- A professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent qualification.
