Dedicated Specialist Therapist for Complex Forensic Mental Health

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualised care to service users with complex health conditions, speech, language, and communication difficulties. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of the Enhanced RECONNECT clinical model, applying clinical expertise to forge new care pathways in the community.
As a specialist speech and language therapist, you will work closely with a range of partner organisations to ensure coordinated support for individuals with convictions who have been identified as high risk of harm to the public. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping service users better understand and manage their risks, build upon their strengths, learn new skills, and access existing community-based services.
We are looking for an exceptional professional with extensive experience working with adults with mental health presentations, psychological difficulties, neurodiversity, and complex needs and risks across various forensic mental health settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partner organisations.
