About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Enhanced RECONNECT initiative. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals who have complex health needs and are at risk of reoffending.

Main Responsibilities

You will contribute to clinical risk assessments and formulations, develop and deliver individualized care plans, and work extensively with partner organizations to ensure coordinated care. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting individuals to engage with their communities and address their mental health needs.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced occupational therapist with a strong background in forensic mental health. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions. Experience of working autonomously and making decisions around patient care is essential.
