Job Summary

">We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Neurodevelopmental (ND) Team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting children with neurodivergent conditions, providing clinical leadership and supervision to junior team members and students.

Main Responsibilities

">As a Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:">

  • Developing and implementing assessment and treatment plans tailored to individual needs;">

  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.">

Requirements

">To be successful in this role, you will need:">

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification;">
  • Experience working with children and young people with neurodivergent conditions;">
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.">
