Occupational Therapist

Optima Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to provide clinical expertise in functional capacity evaluation, workplace ergonomics, and rehabilitation programs for employees with complex health problems or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical opinions on functional capacity, job demands, and rehabilitation programs for employees with complex health problems or disabilities.
Conduct organisational level ergonomic consultancy and training for current and new Optima contracts.
Contribute to the development of Optima's Occupational Therapy Service both within the region and nationally.
Requirements
Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as an Occupational Therapist.
BSc in Occupational Therapy.
Professional knowledge acquired through degree, functional capacity evaluation, workplace ergonomics, objective / standardised evaluation.
A knowledge of clinical governance and risk management.
Knowledge of employment law and the Industrial Tribunal process.
Strong organisational and planning ability with proven track record of being able to manage workload.
