Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the occupational therapy service within the division, contributing to the development of clinical outcomes, and managing a clinical caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the occupational therapy service within the division, developing and implementing strategies to improve clinical outcomes.
- Manage a clinical caseload, providing occupational therapy assessment and treatment to individuals and groups.
- Contribute to the development of the occupational therapy service, including service innovation and quality improvement projects.
- Support the Lead Occupational Therapist in driving the occupational therapy strategy forward.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- 2 years of line management and leadership responsibilities.
- Postgraduate training in sensory integration or evidence of the use of sensory approaches within practice.
- Experience working in secure services or mental health care.
