Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist - Clinical Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist - Clinical Leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to occupational therapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as an occupational therapist, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Postgraduate training in sensory integration or evidence of the use of sensory approaches within practice.
  • Experience working in secure services or mental health care.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
