Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team at Atlantis Medical Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role and make a significant impact on patient care within a hospital setting.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined caseload of complex patients with supervision from a Senior Therapist/Clinical Lead. They will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient interventions using evidence-based, patient-centred principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a defined caseload of complex patients with supervision from a Senior Therapist/Clinical Lead.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient interventions using evidence-based, patient-centred principles.
- Participate in research and foster a research-driven culture within the Rheumatology/MSK and T&O Hand services.
- Support the supervision and education of junior staff, unregistered members, and Occupational Therapy students.
- Adapt to frequent, unpredictable changes in service demand and capacity.
- HCPC registration.
- Proven experience in Rheumatology/MSK and/or Hand Therapy.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in supervising junior staff and students is preferred.
