Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist - Clinical Leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services.
About the Role:- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.

Requirements:- 5 years' experience as an occupational therapist, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Postgraduate training in sensory integration or evidence of experience in sensory approaches.
- Experience working in secure services or mental health care.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
