The role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to provide psychological treatments to patients via evidence-based multi-model interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour, Cognitive Behaviour, or other manualised treatment protocols. The successful candidate will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification as a therapist and be able to risk assess and manage people with severe complex needs. They must also be able to communicate clearly, effectively, and sensitively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological treatments to patients via evidence-based multi-model interventions
  • Organise and provide teaching and training as required
  • Reliably collect and interpret data regarding the outcomes of interventions provided
