Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adult Community Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Cedars, a 24-bed high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities.

About the Role
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
  • You will be responsible for supervising others and taking a key part in specific projects, with opportunities for learning, development, and research.

As an occupational therapist with Cygnet Health Care, you will have access to a robust appraisal and supervision structure based on the RCOT's Career Development Framework. This includes protected time for a weekly 1:1 with your clinical supervisor and dedicated CPD time for peer support, skill development, and specialist training.
