About You

We are looking for a collaborative, student-centred leader with a strong academic background in Psychology, specifically counselling psychology. Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. MSc (or equivalent) in Psychology, recognised by the British Psychological Society.
  2. Post-Graduate qualification in counselling.
  3. Industry experience in counselling psychology.
  4. Proven leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
  5. A successful track record of leading academic programmes, achieving high levels of Student Experience, Outcomes, and Satisfaction.
