We are currently seeking a qualified psychologist to join our team at Compass Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children and young people in residential settings, providing expert psychological services and support. This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive salary of up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a strong background in psychology, and excellent communication skills. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments and consultations to identify the needs of children and young people
* Formulating therapeutic plans to support the well-being and development of children and young people
* Providing direct, trauma-informed work with children and young people
* Delivering training and providing advice to residential staff on how to best support children in their care
