Job Title: Child Development Lead

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Care Planning: Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  2. Supervision: Conduct regular supervision sessions with team members, offering guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the home, monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  3. Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and best interests of the children, ensuring they have a voice in decisions that affect their lives.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of the children's progress, behaviour, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Training and Development: Identify training needs for team members and support their professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children within a residential setting.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
