Job Description:

As a Child Development Specialist, you will provide individualized support and assistance to children, adapting teaching strategies to accommodate their unique learning styles and abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students, promoting self-confidence and independence.
  • Foster a nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and learn.

Essential Skills:

  • Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (or ratio equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, colleagues, and parents.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
