Your Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Educator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children;
  • Building strong relationships with families and communicating effectively about children's progress;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging for our children;
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary range of £23,900 - £24,050 per annum;
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year;
  • The choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week;
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas/New Year and a 'Me' day off of your choice;
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks;
