Job Description

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a Child Welfare Specialist with 5 Star Recruitment, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Responsible for managing a caseload of children and young people, ensuring legislative requirements are met and their well-being is prioritized.
  • Assessment and Interventions: Collect, record, and analyze relevant information to take appropriate actions and fulfill statutory responsibilities.
  • Partnership Working: Liaise and work with other professionals and agencies to achieve optimal outcomes for children and young people.
  • Case Recording & Report Writing: Accurately record, report, and communicate using evidence-based information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will require a strong understanding of child welfare laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A degree in social work or a related field is essential.
