We are seeking a highly skilled Child Protection and Safeguarding Specialist to work across our schools in West Midlands and London. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational and operational excellence of our academies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification and significant experience in managing complex child protection cases, developing effective partnerships with internal and external organisations, and achieving organisational change through partnership and multi-agency working.

As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to senior leaders to create a safe environment where all stakeholders can raise concerns.

This role requires flexibility to travel to different locations within your designated region, ensuring that you are able to respond promptly to the needs of our schools.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share a passion for delivering outstanding support to young people.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
