Residential Therapist Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist Lead to join our team in a hybrid role that combines working from home with visiting sites in your geographical area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering training and providing advice to residential staff on how to best support children in their care.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate level degree in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic or Educational Psychology and full HCPC registration without conditions. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead and Associate Clinical Director, as well as other Qualified Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Creative Therapists and Psychotherapists.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out assessments and consultations, formulating therapeutic plans and delivering trauma-informed work with the children and young people. You will also be responsible for managing a team of residential therapists and ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.

Location: Home-based with travel to visit the homes in and around Birmingham.
Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum DOE.
