Job Description:

The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join their team as a Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and lead a team of therapists in providing occupational therapy services.

This role will involve managing a varied caseload, coordinating clinical services, and developing leadership skills to support the therapy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, enthusiasm for the specialist area, and the ability to motivate and develop colleagues.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with the clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. You will also be responsible for producing reports and data analysis to inform service development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload requiring a multi-skilled approach
  • Coordinate and develop clinical services
  • Provide leadership to the therapy team
  • Produce reports and data analysis

Requirements:

  • BSc in OT/Dip COT
  • HCPC registration
  • Evidence of CPD including recent postgraduate training

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
