Occupational Therapist for Multi-Disciplinary Team Collaboration

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Birmingham. As a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing specialist OT support in neurological rehabilitation and managing a caseload of service users with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes. They will also design care programs, oversee implementation by support staff, and monitor progress to ensure effective intervention. Additionally, they will provide specialist OT support in neurological rehabilitation and manage a caseload of service users with complex needs.
Requirements and Skills:
To be considered for this role, you must have a diploma or degree in occupational therapy and be registered with the HCPC. You should also have the ability to work as an autonomous therapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation and be able to prioritise and manage a complex caseload. The estimated salary for this role is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum DOE.
