The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary therapy team, providing acute care across various wards and hospitals within the Birmingham region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient-centered care, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.

About the Role:

  • Work as part of a dynamic therapy team, delivering occupational therapy services to patients in acute medical settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting patient independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • MHCW/OT qualification
  • Band 6/7 equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
