Job Title: Adult Occupational Therapist and Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team at our brain injury rehabilitation centre in the UK.

The successful candidate will provide specialist OT support in neurological rehabilitation, often as the sole clinician, with supervision as needed. They will manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviors, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes for complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide specialist OT support in neurological rehabilitation, managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs.
  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  3. Lead on OT provision within the service, overseeing the implementation of care programs by support staff.

Requirements:

  1. A diploma or degree in occupational therapy, and registration with the HCPC.
  2. Ability to work autonomously with experience in neurological rehabilitation, prioritizing and managing a complex caseload.

Salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum DOE Hours: 35 hours per week
