We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to join our team as a Clinical Therapist. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to develop their skills in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and work with individuals who have severe and enduring mental health problems.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with people who present with complex emotional dysregulation, risk, and co-occurring mental health needs. As a Clinical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to co-facilitate DBT skills groups and family & carers group under supervision. You will also support the assessment process, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychometric tests and writing reports.

Our team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of mental healthcare services across Birmingham and Solihull. We offer medical, nursing, and psychology training, and we are proud of our international reputation for both research and innovation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a significant contribution to the delivery of specialist psychological therapies. The successful candidate will be working in the CASCADE service, a highly specialist psychology-led service within the Trust's wider Complex Emotion & Trauma pathway.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
