Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a qualified therapist to join our Speech and Language Therapy team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Team

You will be joining a dynamic and innovative team, working closely with colleagues from various disciplines to deliver high-quality patient care. Our team is committed to providing excellent patient outcomes and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The successful candidate will have a professional knowledge acquired at degree level in Speech and Language Therapy, with postgraduate training/short courses relevant to working with adults with acquired communication/swallowing difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Contributing to the development of services
  • Participating in research and clinical/professional development activities
