The successful candidate will contribute to our mission by providing high-quality therapeutic interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct rigorous psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
  • Employ proactive strategies to identify and manage risk factors.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clinical teams and correctional staff.
  • Develop and implement effective crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
  • Cultivate partnerships with community stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
  • Create, implement, and update patient treatment plans.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to align goals and progress.
  • Support training initiatives for staff members.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports.
